Chill mate .... Australia will never have nuclear power. Just lucky we have 30% of the world's uranium . Unfortunately we only have a few states willing to dig it up.
Lucky for us uranium investors the MAJORITY have no idea of baseload clean energy power supply over here .
As for Australia ....Coal is our saviour for baseload power . Renewables can never provide that but still need to be in the mix.
The greenies have no idea . I dont bother myself with such treehuggers.

Your right China is choking. US 20% nuclear. Uk 15% .... recently in UK reactors all over the place and No One dying or panicking. Yet dare put a reactor in Australia people head for the hills .
Just ignore what Australia thinks about clean energy without embracing nuclear. Unfortunately we are a Power backwater. Thanks Rudd Turndull and all the OTHERS.
Nuke Power is the only Carbon Free Baseload power available at the moment.
