it's like nuclear waste, reusable or requires re-distribution......either an asset for further investment or a cost ....how much is produced is relatively small unless, like the Saudi Pen you have scaled desals going 24/7 that produce a lot of salt and what they have done incorrectly is replaced the salt too close to the coast....i mean it's already in the sea so youre not doing anything other than returning it to the owner and it requires spread at correct distance to the coast....as they are essentially the test case for desal i'd say we can learn from their experience pretty quicky
