"Many will want to sell".. and you know this how? I'm with you, there will undoubtedly be people who will want to sell at this point, which will put pressure on the SP. Good management, should be aware of this and be lining up off market/ on market transactions for a large investor. Institutional investors may try and push down the price and hope everyone races for the exit to soak up stock at lower prices too.
A lot of unknowns. I always thought they would try to line up the US listing to coincide with these dates so the interest over there would soak up any selling interest.
