According to the prospectus, Shepherd owns 1.54 million shares, and the most recent 3Y document shows around 826,000 were bought under the margin loan facility. Shepherd was buying shares as recently as May when the share price of $10.30.

The company says Shepherd will retain around 100,000 shares, but the remainder will be sold to the Belgiorno-Nettis family in an off-market transaction at a yet-to-be-disclosed price.
