Agree with you Rocket. First announcement said it was $620,000 worth for shares at 2c each. Now it is $310,000 worth of shares for 2c each and $190,000 for 1.5c each. So already heavily watered down. Then there's $5m worth for 90% of VWAP, which in reality, works out to even less as invariably, magically, the shares trade at all-time lows when it's conversion time. Add to that 5% fees (okay, that's normal). Still, doesn't look like a deal to me. Why not raise at deeply discounted to shareholders instead? And Monarch cash, didn't these guys do a deal to get some part of it upfront?
