Hmmm USA farmers are worried about being slammed by the trump push, because they will be generally worse off in grain exports With respect to meat it's more complicated as the US exports a huge amount of feed (say to Canada and Mexico) who then "export" around 1.5million head of cattle into USA ( that's just the live cattle market). Then there's the US meat exports who generally back again and to Asia (Japan/ Korea etc) So in general the US farmers will be losers if they are a grain exporter Canadian/ Mexican / Sth American beef farmers could be worse off: but watch out if they have to dump meatballs all over the place: the instabilities could be a problem for AAC, or an opportunity depending on how they go about it
