Great comments, DDMHC, and cogent reasons for the stock's lack of appeal. I would perhaps add the factor of moribund management.
As you say, the stock usually trades at a discount, so what is a mystery to me is why it spent a couple of months last year above $1.80 (high of $1.98), presumably at a premium to NTA.
I would be hoping that the current approx 30% discount would be enough !!
