After my special reqest the property Manageress asked me to email another request this time in English - slack mole!

Then she must have read the property report I mailed off after moving in & I got thanked for all the things I fixed (which included replacing 3 roof tiles, fixing the shed door handle/lock, fixing the fly screen catch, planing the back door so that it closed without the weight of 3 elephants behind it, spraying the weeds, pruning the tree over the clothes line & gluing the lino where torn) & that she would arrange a plumber. As it happens he was due this morning at 7.45am but I got a phone call about 7.15am -the van has broken down so is fri morning OK? I said yes.
