Agree, there is most definitely a difference between the news being out there in the public domain and the company actually making an announcement to the ASX. But I do feel that there are negotiations ongoing and whilst I accept the company has no obligation to update the market under Listing Rule 3.1a.1, I do feel there is a moral obligation to at least update the market as to whether or not CW intend to contest Sigma's lawsuit. For Sigma not to provide such price sensitive information, I'd have to ask why, regardless of Listing Rule 3.1a.1
