Yes the news is out there, but unless you follow the pharma stocks closely, most investors would set alerts for new announcements and would look at ASX for new announcements as well. This would then mean all the people who read the announcement about the lawsuit, thus causing the SP to go down cannot have the same effect because there is no announcement. Obviously they have a reason for this and would make an announcement if their lawyers said they had to. I think there is a NDA while they are negotiating through this process, they could come away with a new deal extension for all I know lol.
