I guess there is still the potential for CW to request late lodging of their defence, but you would think we'd have heard some more by now. I think Sigma are still buying back shares at the moment, so the cynical side of me might suggest they are happy not to release any kind of statement that would see the SP bounce back up....just yet. Why buy them back at $1 when you can buy them at 85c?
But that might be considered insider trading?
