What occured is pjroberts placed his order at .4 but it was slighly less than the .003 sells so it still showed an indicative price of .003.
Then just split second before opening,the sells were reduced thus giving pjroberts his .004 order.

why are you complaining, you placed your order at .004 and that's what you got.
If you were patient like the many in the queue rather than trying to push yourself up the queus like a boat person scenarioyou clearly would have got your .003 fill as this stock is now .003 seller with last sales at .002.
Better pay .004 than drown in the ocean!
