Yeah i can see that order went through at .004 and that happened due to the fact pjroberts tried to jump the .003 queue and placed an order at .004 hoping to get a fill at .003 in preopen but was shafted by a cleaver seller who was able to suck him into buying at .004.
Point is don't try queue jumping it can leave one depressed-
