re: check out the bid side - michirish No way - it may offer a scrip to sway the retail holders of the equilivant but no increase - they are already paying 15 time pe on SRP - only FGL can get the synergies - overseas brands will not get the cost benefits.
FGL will hit $7 by close 2005.
SRP will be gutted and folded into BBW - only the best will stay on at FGL.
