IMHO that is 'current affairs' in a nutshell (in this case ABC) style though isn't it. A balanced story would not be sensational. Too many journos are either too lazy, too incompetent or simply too dictated to by their employer - sadly in this case, us the taxpayer. So as shareholders we are effectively paying the ABC to run a story that has eroded our SP from 26 Thursday to 14c today forcing the company to issue a TH. And yes I expect the first 3c drop Friday was a result of the story being leaked.

Makes one wonder what the motive for this was. Maybe another way to think of it is:

"It is very incompetent that they didn't interview patients who have had successful treatments."
"It is very slanderous that they didn't interview patients who have had successful treatments."
"It is very libellous that they didn't interview patients who have had successful treatments."

Looking forward to the response from the company on lifting the TH but unfortunately mud sticks and I can't really see it helping.

All we can hope for is that the products work in due course and lament paying 26c in a cap raising when we could have paid 14c or perhaps less. At least I saved $20 on brokerage huh!
