Standup, I would really appreciate that, thanks.

There will be no capital investment as the hardware is already in place. Internode have paid for it and already have a VOIP offering although looking at their prices they are way out of the ball park and going by that, they are technologically challenged in that area. That is what leads me to Internode doing a deal with Symbio/MNF. We really don't know if Symbio own a portion of Internode in a scrip for debt scenario, it would not surprise me if that was the case. Somebody has supported Internode in their growth and I would say it was a "friendly creditor" as a guess.
