Standup, it would be a good bet to say, nobody would get a crack at MNF without going through Symbio first.

Symbio have proved they will take scrip for debt, how long for I don't know.

Symbio are providing the back end for MNF, I would suggest, any deals with wholesalers will be via Symbio thus MNF increasing debt to Symbio. I really can't see MNF going it alone without Symbio, no way!

Internode own the bulk of the DSlams that allow nakedDSL, I am pretty sure something is going to come from that direction. I am also pretty sure these DSlams where provided by Symbio.

The relationship I would envisage is, Internode/Symbio/MNF with a bundled service based on NDSL.

Symbio being a private company does not help me with this guesstimate, we really don't know who they are dealing with or for how much $$$$.
