Before I answer this,you need to know that I have no connection what so ever with David Mond &Ass,only in the reply to a call invited by him on a web site that related to Mond jamming the fast tracking of the vote on project Transform to prior to Xmas 2008 I recall

The reference that you have is what he submitted to the senate inquiry last year,and that Bernie Ripole who was the lead on the inquiry was suppose to give clear open recommendations as to what actions should be taken.Needless to say this ALP hack Ripole has dismally failed that.
David Mond is a founder and director of a recovery debt and litigation company,I have posted the links to him and his company.He is no nonsense and I believe has done recoveries for the government.
I had spoken to him at that time,amongst others and it was important to get ALL investors involved in actually to protest,but that must have been too hard or embarrassing to investors--pride or embarassment I am guessing or let the lawyers do it.

Anyway he was no nonsense with me and it was refreshing,pity the advisers and other companies in this sting didn't join him.I reckon we would have been a lot further ahead.
