Not to many high yield fully franked that are also well undervalued on fundamentals..
The risk of the residential market downturn more than priced in. Management have a clearly defined plan that will continue to serve shareholders well as asset rich, cash poor retirees (of which is a growing number) downsize.
I actually expect this stock to be up around the 90-100c mark in a few years. Yield on buying at 53c will look particularly good then.
