It shouldn't really matter if I was calling as a broker or a shareholder, there is 1 continuous disclosure rule for all

@drifta I didn't ask for any material info. I asked if he had noticed the selling, to which he wouldn't comment. Then asked if the company was in receipt of the results yet. The answer to that is either yes or no. He said he wouldn't comment.

I don't believe it to be material to disclose either yes they are and an announcement will be made in due course, or no they haven't got them back yet.

He only seemed to get arky when I mentioned that should they be in receipt of them, the stock should be in a T/H. He again said he couldn't comment on anything not public and hung up
