@vontrader, if the company are in possession of bad drilling results,then i think a TH should be appropriate.
Because if as you think, insiders can get out before a results release before the real dumping begins.
But I also can see the company's point of view, not wanting a shareholder annoying the company when news is not out in the open.
most penny dreadful explorers are falling, FAU, no different, however it does feel like bad news is looming.
