bazza, appreciate your thoughts even if I somewhat disagree.
Perhaps ROC management see another reason to look at purchasing a project, that being they are on the ground, have now built up a reputation as as solid project manager and operator, and hence may be able to buy into assets that are otherwise floundering without capital. ROC have a solid amount of capital and the skill set, hence, they might be able to find investments that others are ignoring.
As for you quip about the SP going up and down... cmon, all stocks go up and down. Does that statement have a greater meaning?
