Once the sale of partial South Africa assets to Mintails...

Once the sale of partial South Africa assets to Mintails consortium, hopefully WWI will progress the sale of the balance of their assets in SA which should bring another $8 - $10 Million dollars into their bank accounts to progress the Derewo project.

Shouldnt be long now:

1) Due Diligence on SA sale complete and once announced $4 Million payable within 14 days with another $2 Million payable over the next 12 months.
2) The sophisticated supply chain feeding illegal miners at Derewo taken care of and the area cleared of all illegal miners.
3) Foresty approval finally registered
4) Drilling at Derewo to begin within a month or so with drilling results ready within 3 - 4 months (Aug12)
5) Once partial sale of SA assets complete, WWI look at selling balance of assets in SA for around $8 - $10 Million.

Even though everything is taking longer than anticipated, I am still confident that all the above will be achieved.
