I've decided to heed ur advice and go for a name brand. I have an IPhone and much prefer it over android phones so I will stick with Apple due to its ease of use and quality or will go for a name brand which is on the cheaper end.
Yeah pint, the old man will like a gps component to check the weather. He asked me last night "what the hell is an app" so I've got my work cut out but I know how easy Apple is to use and navigate so hopefully a low end Apple will be suffice.
I bought the old lady a phone and she is too scared to open the apps on her phone because she thinks they cost money haha.
Then again, I remember when the internet first came out I thought emails must've cost money to send.
