Reggie, I wasn't referring to the AUD$800,000 balance of the previous arbitration, this should be paid within a few months.
I was referring to the major Supreme Court Case that was listed for 21st Jan 2014. No doubt the judges palms haven't been greased well enough so the case will now be delayed until such time that they get around to it, which could be forever.
I find it ludicrous that the High Court ordered the State Gov't of Rajasthan to make a decision on the Aravalli ML within 30 days. It seems that nobody in India takes any notice of Judges or the Court system.
