JK, you said “it’s not that the shares exist , it’s that they come out of escrow & a good number will hit the sell side”
My expectation is that Keras will ask the shareholders who wants to / can hold (not a simple choice with tax efficient accounts & pension rules to comply with & some brokers not dealing in Aus shares though I anticipate solutions will be found as the time approaches), & who wants to sell, and then packaging up the shares to be sold to sell to a major investor perhaps, the same as the recent package that just happened. 
And the gold price is going up!
