yes clearair it's in a buying zone. Tax Loss season is difficult to predict on it's effects especially in low volume penny with thin depth boards.
There is no TA pattern forming indicating any target trading price. Just guessing that 7 cents is a upper range so 5/7 is 2 cents 40% a fair enough score.
