I just read the STT site posts of John and Spec. Looks like I got the blame from Spec for killing the last run .

I was wondering about the recent SP run-up. John has advised that he has been buying. If John bought then I guess that others followed him in. That probably explains a fair part of the buying interest. Last time it was a bit mischievous imo - as I tried to explain here. This is different!

There is no word from the company about the issue of the Karonie tenements, and the HRR farm-in exploration did not start in the Sep Q as expected.

So, there is a continuing lull.

It's a good time to get in I suppose while it's quiet on the news front.

No news today from NST on the settlement of the sale to Billabong Gold p/l of Plutonic. It was due to settle on Friday. Once done, then NST will be out of the JV with ALY as Billabong will take it over from NST. That will leave NST just as a 15% shareholder of ALY. It's not known as a greenfields explorer in its own right, so what's with this investment in ALY?
