This is a genuine buy IMHO , ive been in since day 1 ( which has not been that great ) , however project by project , and keeping an eye on Sales , mindful of reduced debt levels ..this is a Monti I believe ..
My view only of course , I would NOT sure the view that a house held personally would be better ..I would say Buy GPM .
