    Generally not. The industry has been trying to prevent the retail industry selling cow rumps and the like and passing them off as good eating quality for a long time because the consumer will not buy beef if they have a bad eating experience.
    Dairy cows fall into the category of manufacturing beef. Let's face it they are bred to produce milk not prime cuts.
    You do realise how far away Darwin is from Victoria? Those markets would not generally be competitive with each other because of the freight component.
