    Ever since placement of shares announced at .38cents we have been around this level.

    Its subject to shareholder appoval on the 19th November.
    Don't think much will happen until then. Would'nt be popular if RHM was trading at $1.00+ on the 19th.

    Not many options being offered on sell side.
