No doubt there are a few traders taking profits but I'd suggest the majority of sellers are those who bought in around 10c and are just happy to get their money back. That's what makes technical resistance levels, resistance, they were levels where people thought it would hold and reverse and bought in and like most retail holders they didn't stop out so this is their opportunity to get out at or close to even. They'll wash through soon enough
