not yet for me. as much as I like SPL it is speculative and I already have my quota at present. If we get positive news I will re-assess or alternatively if we see a large drop I will top up then (depending on the reason for drop of course).
I do think the current price represents a good entry point for those looking to start taking a small position in SPL, but each to their own investment strategy.
