I was in then as well. Figured  that it had a lot of potential outside bio. Still do, even though they really only had an idea in the begining. After the new board came in with the bigger vision it started to look good. Spent a lot averaging down, but it has paid off in spades and IMO this is just the start. The applications in the future haven't even been thought of yet. It will be driven by accountability. Even in the bio space productivity gains are mammoth let alone the risk accociated with sample mixups.
My old man nearly died because of a blood bag mix up. That was before the age of litigation.
