If you bothered to research your investment correctly you would of found the very close ties between CEO and num 1 shareholder
If you have a broker(doubtful) ask them to give you the data on who bought and sold there shares before raisings??????
They are very close and have a very big voting power, which helps for the future.
Please research instead of taking everything as face value because stating what's printed by the company shows nothing to the substance of what is going on
