If I buy $10,000 of either options or heads today then I am essentially leveraging my position.
If the price point of heads vs options changes the following real value would apply.
anything at 1 cent or lower heads = 0% profit Options = -100% profit
at 1.4 H= 40% O = 0%
at 1.6 H= 60% O = 50%
at 1.8 H= 80% O= 100%
at 2.0 H= 100% O = 150%
at 3.0 H = 200% O = 500%
So your potential profits are increased especially if you consider that generally options will trade at a premium. however DYOR
