the SP performance very recently has been pleasing. There wasn't much buy depth at all for a long time there and then no FS announcement, and an announcement about a water permit(successful) and operations 18months away (which was minor good and not great respectively)and the SP did weaken with no support on screen (!) which made be very nervous. Still a lack of FS announcement but the SP has recovered and on good (not great) volume. Im getting a bit annoyed at their communications tho... the FS is overdue right? even if they didnt say they would make the FS public at the end of march 1/4 they kinda led me (at least) to believe they would. Got the exact same reply from max as others and no doubt we didnt ask exactly the same question... "imminent" was specifically used for the timing of the FS, which i would take to mean in the next few days, 1 week max. I think there could have been an announcement to the market to keep the market informed at least. they made one announcement about water permit and operational timeline (which i will take with a grain of salt given the above) so why not tag something about the FS onto the same announcement? or did i miss something here? (expecting FS release before the end of this week!!!)
