It was indeed a fake break-out. Then again the market factors probably contributed to a lot of profit taking too.

However I have been noting that ATN tends to put in a lot of 10 basis points movements. The most recent was from 3.3cents to 4.3 cents.


Its got this defined channel, and hasn't been able to break from this channel. That said, ATN haven't released any updates either.... !! what do you expect the market to do... take it up, and then take it down!!!
