Not particularly, you find them scattered here and there. My understanding is that they are paying if they have their logo on the advertisement, I could be wrong though.

There are a few "own suburbs" scattered around as well that I saw (NSW: Chatswood, Wentworthville, Penrith; VIC: Melbourne, South Melb, Docklands, Southbank)

I think it is also more concentrated in WA because they trialed a sales team focused on WA sales. It was announced they will be commencing a national sales team in April, so hopefully we should see Agent numbers increase in the Eastern states soon.
