ICQ is showing a clear clean uptrend, very simple to interpret. The current activity over the last 2 weeks in icq looks like a bull flag pattern which could see it touch close to $2 from this move. note how it wasn't even interested in attempting to fill the gap, strong signal if ever I saw one.
