I find charts aren't so relevant on illiquid stocks like ICQ.
One large buyer or seller can move the stock quickly and if markets get sold off heavily (as we experienced this morning) people get spooked and often dump their portfolios forcing illiquid stocks to fall heavily, which can in turn have a snowball effect with others bailing out exacerbating the fall.
Personally I trade only liquid stocks and buy and hold illiquid stocks whose story I believe in.
Thus I'm being patient with ICQ and staying long.
