Everything that is certain (or highly likely), in terms of positive news, one would assume is already factored into the price. Not to say the price won't break higher from this consolidation, but this would not be due to what the market already knows for sure. A little bit like the recent announcement, which seemed very positive, but price sold off, as obviously what was released to the market was expected.

I am not trying to be a downer. In fact, CAY first came to my attention, because I liked the look of the chart, on the weekly. I am now trying to get my head around the actual company/fundamentals. Seems like a compelling story. Good luck to all.
