Not true. The same was said about NEA & a few years later the LT shareholders were rewarded with circa 15 bags.
Traders have no patience due to capital constraints & use of leverage/margin calls.
Classic example is Touchcorp (TCH), traded hard between $1-$1.15 in 2015, acquired by AFY ($1.50 a share as APT shares 2-1 issued at $3), now APT > $15 and at the recent highs $23. TCH had basically no revenue, R&D grants and tech bubble slapped all over it. 5-6x equity multiple isn’t bad for tech bubbles
