I agree, Nothing has really changed in the set up you have been describing for the past few weeks. Yes, buyers have dropped a little and sellers have increased a little, but isn't that just due to lower volumes because of good beach whether, all of Sydney was at Shelly beach today, coupled with a few sellers needing some cash to patch up their credit cards?
