Sorry for tardy reply.
Just the buying and selling down of stock. Can easily be done using many accounts from many subsidiaries therefore bypassing substantial holders requirements.
And having witnessed Platinums antics over the past few years has been bizarre with the timing of their buy/sells. Their still way ahead but they sure haven’t taken the buy in the lows, sell in the highs approach. And, similar to the goings on over the past few months, the sophs actions have had a negative effect on SP growth during a period where speculation of what’s ahead should have the SP leaping.
Just my opinion, could be way off.
