I guess it wouldn't be unexpected to see someone not benefit here. After all, these are people who have very advanced disease and have most likely joined the trial as it is the last option. A clinical study in the early stages would be a great yardstick. The HER-Vaxx study also combines chemo whilst the Mayo study is a stand alone therapy.
