Being a fundermentals investor, I sometimes find your chart talk a bit confusing, but interesting all the same.

But I am also invested a little in RAC and over there they talk charts too. Somebody mentioned a cloud, which another poster questioned what it was. Here is a bit of their reply, which is like a different language to me. I'm pleased you guys don't talk like this:

"it is ichimoku cloud, a comprehensive indicator... It uses quite a set of parameters like conversion line (9D tenkan), base line (26D kijun), leading span A (half of tenkan + kijun), leading span B (half of 52D high + low), and chikou span (lagging, current closing price plotted 26 days in the past). Cloud area is the difference between Leading Span A and B. When A > B, cloud is green that means uptrend, otherwise red for bearish. The most bullish signal is when Price > Conversion > Base > Top Cloud boundary. This method is also called: one glance equilibrium...."
