    ST Target 36c then 45c.
    Possible much high targets if this plays out given it sets up an end to multi year downtrend

    Bounced off and now above turning 200dma, first time in years
    MACD about to go green and cross and break old range
    RSI green and room to move
    Green and on volume friday in weak market
    5/20dma about to cross
