In other words you guys don't trust your management that it's a good deal, management of EM1 think it is a good deal.

Anyway I'm happy as a holder of ICI it's a good deal, all IMO.

Pretty sure you misread that. S2 says he didn’t become a holder because of the ICI deal, he already held, he then goes on to say that what’s still to come is why he bought in.
