If I worked a boiler room situation..this stock would be an obvious candidate for a spike at the moment...heavily oversold..very very low free float (80m if lucky)..panicky small traders knocking it down ...its just needing someone to start buying a few big chunks to stop the selling and induce bargain hunters at the same time...this could spike 40% just today and get some momentum for the next 3 days
